On behalf of IEEE Region 10, it is my honour and pleasure to welcome IEEE TENCON 2023, the flagship conference of IEEE Region 10 (Asia Pacific), to Chiang Mai, Thailand. The conference is hosted by the IEEE Thailand Section during 31st October to 3rd November, 2023. This year’s theme is “Engineering Tomorrow: The Sustainability-driven Innovation for Post Outbreak Era.” It is important for us all to embrace a future where engineering and innovation are the keys to address challenges such the unexpected outbreak of global pandemic. This vision and concept combine the principles of sustainability and innovation, to create the foundation for a resilient and sustainable world for tomorrow. The IEEE TENCON 2023 Technical Program Committee has carefully selected a collection of excellent technical papers to be included in the Proceeding of the conference. The papers disseminate knowledge and experience on engineering innovations, and solutions for theoretical and practical problems. On this basis, IEEE TENCON 2023 continues to serve as an important platform for researchers to share, explore and discuss new ideas and knowledge, as well as providing various opportunities for networking and social interactions. I congratulate IEEE TENCON 2023 Organizing Committee team for their dedication and efforts, and I wish all participants, and the conference a great success. |
