On behalf of the IEEE Thailand Section, I welcome you to the 35th Region 10 Technical Conference (TENCON 2023) in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This year’s theme is “Engineering Tomorrow: The Sustainability-driven Innovation for Post Outbreak Era.” The IEEE Thailand Section has been active in engaging activities locally and internationally. We have taken part in technically sponsored several International Conferences throughout these years. Building sustainable linkage among academics and Industry through internationalized collaboration is good. I would like to thank you, the organizing committees, and the volunteers for organizing this conference. Thank you to the delegates for your effort to present at this event.
